  • lighting for hard corals

I like to know if I will be able to keep hard corals in a 110g using T5 lighting?

What kind of T5 lighting? How many bulbs and how many watts are the bulbs? Do the bulbs have individual reflectors? How deep is the 110 gallon tank? Are you talking LPS or SPS? There are a lot of people that keep "hard corals" under T5 lighting just got to have the right set up.

I agree. T5 lighting will definitely allow great growth of corals, but it depends on setting it up properly. Too little light and poor water quality will never allow for a successful hard coral tank.
